INVITE YOUR LOCAL AND VISITING FRIENDS TO CROSSFIT RX!

Do you have friends or family locally or visiting with CrossFit experience? We'd love to have them join us for a workout! It's important that they register and pay the $20 drop-in fee to attend a class. This helps support our gym and ensures everyone gets the best experience. They can easily sign up using our Drop-in link.

For those NEW to CrossFit, please share with them our two great options to get started:

  • Wipe clean whiteboards and markings on pole after workouts

  • Remember to replace j-cups on rig after doing wall balls

  • Return black markers back to the red tool box

  • Return small metal plates to their weight tree

  • The front cubbies are for temporary storage

  • The Cubbies in the women's restroom are available for longer term storage

  • Remember to take home your water bottle, grips, ropes, wraps, etc (they will be thrown away)

PREPARE FOR CLASS

Attention Gym Warriors!

Let's keep our workout space awesome by following a few gym etiquette rules:

1️⃣ Sign In and Show Up Together: No one likes to work out alone! Remember to sign in before your class. Other members often check the list to coordinate and make sure they have a workout buddy. It's more fun when we sweat together!

2️⃣ Arrive 5 Minutes Early: Arriving a little early ensures that you have enough time to set up and warm up properly. Being punctual also respects the time of both your fellow members and your instructor.

3️⃣ Control Overhead Weight: When lifting weights overhead, be mindful of your form and control. Not only does this prevent injuries, but it also helps preserve the equipment. Let's take care of ourselves and the tools we use!

4️⃣ Clean and Return Equipment: After an intense sweat session, remember to wipe down the equipment you used. This keeps the gym clean and safe for everyone. Plus, please put everything back where it belongs so that others can find what they need easily.

Remember, we're all part of the same fitness community, and by respecting these guidelines, we create a positive and motivating environment for everyone. Stay strong, stay supportive, and let's crush those goals together!
