Welcome to CrossFit Rx! Our state-of-the-art facility is the perfect place to get fit and stay healthy. Our 3000 square foot facility is conveniently located in the heart of Candler Park off Dekalb Ave, in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia. We offer a wide range of CrossFit classes, including strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and agility. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals and have fun in the process. Our primary aim is to offer you the peak hour of your day. To ensure fairness and uphold the quality of our classes, we exclusively conduct group sessions. Regrettably, we do not have sufficient space to accommodate individuals pursuing personal workouts during our scheduled classes, as this may disrupt the flow and experience for others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a positive environment for all our members.

PATH TO MEMBERSHIP
If you are NEW to CrossFit, you must complete our Fundamentals course ($290 non-refundable) with one of our coaches. Fundamentals is 4 1 hour one on one sessions. The goal is for you to become familiar with our movements highlighting proper form, mechanics, technique, scaling, modifications and most important, safety.

EXPERIENCED Crossfitters who live locally may use this link to try us out for free. But if you’re ready to enroll in a membership we have the following options:
Unlimited Monthly: $190/mo | $350/mo for Family/Spouse *
3x per week: $160/mo (replenish every Monday / sessions do not roll over or accumulate)
2x per week: $140/mo (replenish every Monday / sessions do not roll over or accumulate)
10 class pack: $180 (expires in 1 year)
* Family/Spouse plan is charged to 1 person while the other is linked as “Family/Dependent”. If 1 stops, then plan is converted to individual
These are auto renewed month to month from the day of enrollment, no contract, cancel anytime (you must email us with your request). All transactions are final; no refunds. Athletes must provide written notice requesting cancellation 2 weeks prior to billing to stop membership and avoid additional charges.

TEEN PROGRAM: We currently do not have a Teen program available but depending on the development and emotional maturity we have decided the minimum age to participate in the adult classes is 13. We prefer they be accompanied by the parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must sign the waiver. Teen would have to go through our normal Fundamentals program as outlined above. Our coaches will do our best to scale and modify workouts but know that volume will be greatly reduced.
PROGRAMMING
We subscribe to Mayhem for our programming. Mayhem is an Affiliate, located in Cookeville, TN., owned by Rich Froning who became the first person to win the title of "Fittest Man on Earth" four times with his first-place finish in the 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 CrossFit Games. In 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2021 he led a team from CrossFit Mayhem to the first-place finish in the Team category in the CrossFit Games.
The programming is developed by Darren Hunsucker and Mayhem performs the workouts before he publishes them to us. He receives feedback which he then makes adjustments, if necessary. We are 3 weeks behind Mayhem.
The Target Times and Time Caps are not arbitrary. These values come straight from performances. It's nice to have the workouts tested before we use them.
CLASS TIMELINE
Each CrossFit Class is 1 Hour long. We need you to arrive 5min early so we may begin class on time. There is so much to do in a class.
You will be moving the entire hour. Below are sample outlines of how the class will flow. Because the workouts are CONSTANTLY VARIED the section durations may vary.
The COACH has full authority to modify the workout as needed for safety and to accommodate larger classes.

THE WODIFY APP
We use Wodify as our operating platform. Using the links above you create an account and will receive a welcome email along with a password reset, if necessary. If you already have a Wodify account it can be easily merged with ours.

Through the App you can register for classes up to 72 hours in advance, select a membership, log in scores and weights of work outs, purchase from our retail store, etc.
COVID PROTOCOLS
We encourage and enforce social distancing
- Professional cleaners come every Sunday and Wednesday Evening to clean floors, bathrooms and equipment (equipment is cleaned by members every class)
- Members and coaches are not obligated to wear masks.
In the unfortunate event a member reports to us they tested positive the following communication will occur:
- Individual has the option to notify us.
- Individual must follow the recent CDC Guidelines here
If you have come in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid it is your personal decision if you’d like to take a test.
Covid Rules are simple once you come in:
- You need to make sure you reserve/sign in for a class using the Wodify app.
- Once you get there, there is hand sanitizer at the entrance or you can wash your hands.
- Go to a spot on the green squares
- Keep your distance
- Wipes are located near the kids room and coaches station for your convenience.
- Please wipe down bars, benches, barbells, dumbbells, seats and handles on rowers and bikes, etc. (except bumper plates).
- Try not to die (from the work out), lol
We have implemented the following protocols during Covid-19
Max number of members during class set to 18. You will have up to 72 hours in advance to reserve a spot. If you decide to cancel, please cancel as soon as possible to allow those on the waiting list to attend.
Wet Disinfectant Wipes are located near the kids room and coaches monitors so members can wipe any equipment they came in contact with. Along with a mop and bucket to mop up any sweat puddles, chalk residue, etc.
PARKING
You can park in any of the green shaded areas.
Please do not leave anything of value in your car. It will get broken into. Feel free to either bring your valuables in or store them in your trunk
RUNNING ROUTES
KIDS ROOM
CrossFit Rx has a dedicated space where your children can stay unattended. There is a tv, bean bag chairs, and some toys.
We have had members bring in their new horns, in a stroller, with headphones, and a fan and they’ve worked out beside them
*Please note that the room is not attended by a staff member, they must be old enough to be left alone, well behaved/courteous, and you must clean up after them for the next children to enjoy.

We understand that injuries may occur, and we support our members in their recovery. Members are welcome to come to class to perform rehab work, provided that the current class has priority over equipment such as dumbbells, boxes, weights, bands, and other resources, and there is sufficient space available. Please inform the coach on duty before beginning any rehab activities. Additionally, management must be notified via email when you know you will need rehab. The coach has the authority to deny access if they feel it is disruptive or interferes with the class.
This is a test policy and may be revoked if we find it too disruptive. This ensures a safe and effective environment for everyone.

Unfortunately, no. Our system is designed so that the billing cycle is directly tied to the day you start your membership. This means the billing date and membership start date must be the same. Unfortunately, we’re unable to split these two dates due to system limitations.
Additionally, we offer the ability to place your membership on hold—a valuable benefit for many members—and the hold period must coincide with your membership and billing cycle. We understand this might be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.escription
