YOU MUST HAVE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO DROP IN
Welcome to Atlanta! We welcome all members of the CrossFit community and would love to have you drop in for a workout during your stay. Just check out our policies below and drop us a line!

1) SCHEDULE YOUR CLASS
Simple. Just click the link below to shoot us an email and let us know when you want to come in! Sorry, no drop ins for our 5:30 pm class.
Drop in fee is $20 per class, or we will gladly waive that fee if you purchase a tee shirt ($25). Looking to visit more than once? We are happy to set you up with 1 week of unlimited drop ins for $60.
3) BE ON TIME
We get a lot done in an hour- we start on time, and almost always take the full hour for the class. Please show up at least 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and introduce yourself to the coach.
4) Programming and open gym
We require that you follow the written program for our gym while in class. If you wish to stay and do some additional work you are more than welcome to upstairs in our additional weightlifting space.
We require a minimum of 6 months Crossfit specific experience to drop in.
