Squat Clean + jerk, worked up to 145 which is a PR for both
Open 12.5, 75 reps with my blue band for CTB.
Clean and jerk: worked up to 80#s (a pr!)
Open 12.5: 44 reps with 55#sand regular pull-ups with black band
Fun workout. 80# cj, 53 reps of no band pull ups and 65# thrust
