10 Minutes to: Clean and Jerk 5 x 1

NOTE: Same weight across; rest as needed.


7 minute up ladder (3-6-9-12….) of:
Thrusters (100#/65#)
C2B Pull ups

NOTE: This is Open WOD 12.5, so yes, start with 3 reps of each movement, then 6 & 6, etc. for as many reps as possible)

    50 reps with 55# thrusters, CTB with blue & my tiny red band

  2. Joints are still bothering me (especially the knee) so I power cleaned the C&J (185#).

    Rx metcon at 4.5 rounds.

    Glad to be back!
