Reply At Kelly’s suggestion, did 5 x 5 with 50#, keeping chest and elbows UP UP UP. Metcon was 22:?? It wasn’t crowded, so I used two bars: the little green one for squat snatches (what is that, 22#?) and 45# for PP. p.s. I ran like an elderly person. p.p.s. Kelly says I have guns! This was harder than it looked! Made it up on Saturday since it looked like a WOD I should do. 25:03 at 80#. Some days, I am a pro at catching a snatch in a squat.
