  1. 13:50 RX, great workout. Grip was limit here, that hook grip thing needs some work. Hooray for barbell work.

    The hook grip is painful for small hands, but I guess I need to be doing it. This was a lot slower than 2 years ago but I’ve been on vacation, blah blah blah.

  5. 8:34 at 75#, much better than my 12:00+ DT at the same weight a few months ago (inexplicable).
