    I was slow, slow, and slower. Had an hour Clean & Jerk lesson earlier today so it was stupid to attempt sq clns on this afternoon’s WOD. 🙁

  3. I got to chase and share a box with Preston in this WOD, which was awesome, because Preston does things fast.

    35# KB, due to straining my back a little on Monday’s WOD. I lost count, but I think I got 6 or 7 rounds and some change
