  3. Hey, I forgot this past Sunday was my 4 year crossfit anniversary! Heading to Cali today to volunteer at the Games. Watching live now on ESPN3! Exciting week!! (Oh, yeah, and getting married in the morning!)

  4. Anyone tuned into the Games today? Holy pool WOD… bar muscles up with wet hands?!? And, as a parting gift, a half marathon of rowing later in the day. What the what?

    I hear all y’all moaning about 500m on the rowing machine… imagine a half marathon of that, holy shizzer! The only person out there who said, ” I could totally take that” is our very own Rowing Bob — which, btw, where is he?
