Marian cleans 115!!


“Deck of Cards”
For Time:
Each suit of cards has been designated a movement:
1.Clubs – Kettlebell Goblet Squats (70#/55#)
2. Spades – Kettlebell Swings (70#/55#)
3. Hearts – Burpees
4. Diamonds – Sit ups
5. Aces – 400 meter run

The entire class will complete the movement assigned to that card, as many times as the face value of the card. For example: If you choose a 5 of diamonds, everyone does 5 sit ups. All face cards are 10 reps. The WOD is over when the whole class has made it through the entire deck

  4. That was fun! Let’s do it again!!!! Tho I missed three rounds bc baby girl was crying;( thank you coach Kelly aka brother for saving me! 55lb kb and squats and row not a run. Let’s do this again very soon. Way to go 5 oclock
