“Death by Deadlift”
Perform 1 Deadlift on the first minute, 2 on the second, 3 on the third, etc. until you cannot complete all deadlifts in the given minute.

ROAR: 275#/185#
GROWL: 225#/150#
SNARL: Any further scaling


Accumulate 3 Minutes L-sit (hanging, on floor, rings, …)

    9 rounds @ 90# for death by deadlift. Back seems to be OK. Yay!

    Modified L-sits (knees bent) from boxes.

    I grew a bit stronger today.

  2. Appropriately wore my “Meet Me at the Bar” shirt. Rx and 9 + 5 (that’s 50 freakin deadlifts) Not bad for only my second time ever doing the lift. But – I’m dead for sure….
