    Not so macho man – 7.5 rds at 115. Lost the mental battle today a bit but glad to be in the gym.

  2. 230 Power Clean (15# PR + wanted to try for more).
    7 rounds RX. That was really hard – had nothing left and crushed after. Jerks were hard with my shoulder.
