NOTE: Complete the first shoulder-to-overhead complex (Press + Push Press) until you miss a lift, then move on to the next complex & repeat…You choose starting weight & make small jumps.

Push Jerks (155#/105#)
Bar Muscle Ups

NOTE: No racks allowed. May sub 2-to-1 Jumping MUs for BMU’s.
