Hey gang, on a more serious note, my jump rope seems to have walked off. The name has long since rubbed off but I think it’s the only black rope with a red handle (or one of the few). No problems with anyone borrowing it but if you stuck it in your locker on accident please put it back on a hook! Sarah H will thank you since I had to borrow her rope this morning 😉
15:17 rx today. Mid-way through my second set of DUs I made the commitment to get better at stringing them together before May 1st. I think I can do it.

Ouch. Back at it. No more vacation for me anytime soon. Time to work on double unders. Happy to be improving on front squats!
Started with 25 unbroken doubles (highly unusual), then switched to singles. I think most of my double-under blunders are caused by my brain.
I heard a rumor that Elizabeth H did 100 UNBROKEN DOUBLES TODAY. 100. Unbroken. Doubles. Wow!!
