“Death by Burpee”
NOTE: Death By Burpee is an EMOM. Start the first minute with one burpee and rest for the remaining time. Continue the second minute with 2 burpees, 3rd with 3, and so on until you cannot complete the reps within the minute time block.
To get RX, you must complete “Fran” at RX weight in sub 5. Everyone must scale in order to complete workout sub 5:00. If pull ups are a hang up for you, try swinging a KB 55/35 instead today!
