Overhead squat 115- I got 125 up and squated but on my way up I hit the wall and dropped it;(
20+ rounds on the run, I messes up the meter count so I’m not sure where I ended up, but I felt like I ran a long time.
I regret not doing” death by burpee” anyone want to make it up with me?
I will if you can do it over the weekend or next week sometime.
I’m going to try and squeeze it in tomorrow, bc I have a babysitter. I’ll let you know if that doesn’t work out.

Brian was awesome on the run! He could have gone all day! Amy – good luck with those burpees. There’s no way I’m doing that again anytime soon!!
