10 Toes to Bar
15 Bar Facing Burpees

NOTE: Everyone should challenge themselves with a near max effort (90+%) deadlift. If you are not comfortable with a bar this heavy, choose a moderate weight and complete 5 reps per round.


Optional additional finisher
4 Rounds:
10 Close Grip Pushups
15 DB Bent Over Rows, each (50/35)
20 DB Presses (choice)
25 Banded Pull Aparts

NOTE: Rest as needed between rounds

630 Skills: Shoulder Press/Push Press/Push Jerk
100 DB Shoulder to Overhead for time
