Great job @ the Pantheon Games CFRX crew!


Complete as many reps as possible in 1 minute of:
Power snatch (75#/55#)
Box jump, 24″ box
Thruster (75#/55#)
Chest to bar Pull-ups
Repeat for 3 rounds. There is a 1 minute rest after each round, but there is no rest between stations.
NOTE: Sub for Power Snatch is Dumbbell Clean Pull (one DB in each hand, jump to shrug; Use same DBs for Thrusters).

  1. Tomorrow night ladies night at CFRX!!
    – bring a pumpkin
    -bring anything you want to decorate it: glitter, gems, paint, feathers etc…. Or carving tools;)
    -bring a beverage: cocktail, wine, water etc….

    This is a great way to meet all the ladies of CFRX and we will have a blast!!

  2. Back at the gym after a 3 week hiatus. They didn’t make crossfit any easier while I was away.

    Score: 211 I am calling this pregnancy RX – All RX except necessary subs – step-ups and regular pull ups

  3. Fun to do this FGB style at 6 am with the lovely Rhada for my counting partner. Pregnant women are strong!
    172 with 45# bar, step ups on 20″, black band for pull ups.

  4. I am so proud of myself!!! I think this paleo thing is working wonders for me, I’ve RX’d & PR’d my last three wods !!! For real 😀

    today’s WOD, “HOPE” – I rx’d and, it was also a PR for me because i managed to do chest to bars (which I managed to nail 30 c2b’s total) without bands… I’ve never even been able to pullup without bands!!! My total was 171.

    yesterday I also RX’d and PR’d wallwalks

    and last Friday, which was GWEN (15-12-9 ubroken clean and jerks) – I PR’d & RX’d. I worked out @ 75 lbs and managed to finish in 3:47.
