Power snatch (75#/55#)
Box jump, 24″ box
Chest to bar Pull-ups
Repeat for 3 rounds. There is a 1 minute rest after each round, but there is no rest between stations.
NOTE: Sub for Power Snatch is Dumbbell Clean Pull (one DB in each hand, jump to shrug; Use same DBs for Thrusters).
