10 Minutes to: Snatch 3 x 2 reps

NOTE: Use same weight across all 3 sets of 2 reps…full squat snatch please; rest as needed between sets.


Deadlift (225#/155#)
Handstand Push Ups

NOTE: If you cannot do handstand push ups, your sub for today is Hand Release push ups 1 for 1.


In teams of 2…Complete 100 Knees to Elbows, For Time.

NOTE: Work may only be completed while one partner holds a handstand (or plank position if person does not have handstands yet). Switch as needed.

6 pm Skills: Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk

  1. Practiced snatch at 75#. 4×2

    Diane at 155 in 9:something. At Burke’s suggestion, I practiced kicking into a handstand for my HSPU sub. Thanks, Burke.

  2. Practiced snatch with light weight. Got lower but am still not dropping under. Jump! Now drop! Jump drop! Jump! Drop!! Maybe one day …

    Partnered with Ruth for toes toward elbows and plank holds: 5:50

    Diane: 7:23 RX, I want to do this again closer to the wall–maybe an open class one night

    last time I did diane was over a year and a half ago. 2/15/11 at 15:17 with bands, 151#
