    Skipping half-Angie today in favor of round-robin tennis, which is way more fun. See you kids after the holiday!


  2. I’m getting tired of modifications! But I’m determined to have healthy shoulders in 2013. So for Angie today, I did the following:
    100 double-unders
    100 supermans
    100 ring rows
    100 sit ups
    100 squats

  3. 8:30am
    blue band and knee push-ups.
    Still, I’m pretty glad i did it and finished before the noon class started showing up.
