  1. Vacation WOD 2 mile beach farmer walk/ waiter carry 20#dbs .If put dumbells down ten push-ups each time.

  2. Man, you guys are fast! My slow rear did 36:23 at 85# with the run (or was it a run that was literally as fast as a grandma-pase walk??)…. Anyone else have bruises up and down their quads from the cleans?
    Just me? Yep. Thought so.

    I think I was Gene’s reverse rabbit. He was ahead of me and every time we passed he was farther along.

  4. 29:49 with 105lb hang cleans and row (because I suck at the row more)

    Yep, I have bruised quads, too. Always do with hang cleans.

  5. 27:57, 65#, run. Hard after yesterday’s WOD. In past 48 hours I have missing skin on palm and bruises on knee, collar bone, and shoulders. Beat down.
