He was ahead of me and every time we passed he was farther along. Reply 29:49 with 105lb hang cleans and row (because I suck at the row more) Yep, I have bruised quads, too. Always do with hang cleans. Reply 27:57, 65#, run. Hard after yesterday’s WOD. In past 48 hours I have missing skin on palm and bruises on knee, collar bone, and shoulders. Beat down.
