Learn/Practice Kipping OR
5 Sets for time:
3 Weighted Pull Ups
4 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
5 Kipping Pull Ups

NOTE: Goal is to stay on the bar during each set; hold weight between ankles and drop after 3 reps.


3 Rounds:
10 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)


100 Russian Twists, for effort.

6pm Skills: Gymnastics

  1. So apparently, among other things, I have the strength of a 11 year old girl at weighted pullups…..in other news 4:05 RX and I did that like a pansy as well.


  2. 4:42 RX. Then skills for extra credit. I assume if I keep going to skills class I will eventually develop some skills.

    1. I saw some skills for sure. Also, with all of that learning you’ll make a pretty good coach at some point too…jus sayin
