  1. Forearm blaster. 17 and change with 70# dumbells. First round quick then grip started failing on farmers carry. Thanks Daniel b for encouragement on last round of wall balls

  2. My forearms were burning! We need to have more grip exercises at CFRX!

    13:22,32, or 42 I can’t remember. 70lb. first round then 55 the next 2.

    I wold like to personally thank whoever hogged the 70lb kettlebells when it was my turn on the farmer carry! THANKS!
