For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings 35#
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press 45#
50 Good Mornings 45#
50 Wall ball shots (20#/14#)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

NOTE: “House Rules” May sub back extensions for good mornings but any other change is scaling so NOT rx. **For classes with >10 athletes, we will be running waves every 2 minutes, so plan ahead and arrive on time.

6pm skills: Squats

  1. Knees to elbows are hard. Harder than knees to triceps. I wish I could do this one over, I’d change a lot of things. One piece of good news is that I did box jumps- after months of step ups.

  3. My OCD is not liking the “filthy 50” having a 45 min time cap. Can we just say….50 min time cap?
