Also, I want my backflip but until there is a foam pit I am not sure how to practice it. Maybe at the lake. Today was a win/lose 24:00 rx. Felt slow but went overhead on the thrusters with no back issues. If anyone wants to run sprints let me know, I am adding these to my own programming.
