Reply I just practiced backsquat because my legs are fried from so many deadlifts…ugh! 23:40 rx for Daniel (thursters suck!) ………and then I met pukie afterwards…lol! Heat really bothers me…during the second set of thrusters, I started hyperventilating and then just couldn’t get my breath back. Reply Nice!! A vet meets pukie! Reply Yup, first time for me – LOL!! Reply Back squat: 135#, same old max I think. “Daniel”: 27:20 with thrusters at 55#. Reply We are going to show the finals of the crossfit games live at the gym on Sunday starting at 1:30 pm. And in what f’d up world would I say that thrusters were the easy part of work out. Good luck this afternoon it was too hot at noon, I can’t imagine this one in more heat. Reply Noon was the worst!!! 4-6 were actually cool….if that makes you feel any better 🙂 Reply Woke up with a raging headache so I opted for a leisurely 5 K in lieu of this beast of a workout. 27 min Reply 27:55 I’m working on not resting too long between things so I did 11 pull-ups unassisted then switched to the purple band while still managing to rip my hand 🙁 Then I did light thrusters at 35#, on lat 400m run I felt light headed so I walked 🙁 Oh well, at some point, I’ll push through things. Reply 12 unassisted pullups is amazing!! You rock girlfriend! Reply 185 back squat and forgot my time but all i know is that Amy Levens smoked me during last pull up round by almost a minute!
