    Daniel: 32:08 ish, purple band then green, 55# thrusters

    1 RM back squat: 145 (pretty sure I’ve done more in the past)

    1. Time to start keeping an eye on squat depth….and there is also nothing wrong with dialing down the intensity a bit too. Go momma go, you are so awesome!!! But listen to your body πŸ™‚

  3. I just practiced backsquat because my legs are fried from so many deadlifts…ugh!

    Heat really bothers me…during the second set of thrusters, I started hyperventilating and then just couldn’t get my breath back.

  4. We are going to show the finals of the crossfit games live at the gym on Sunday starting at 1:30 pm.
    Everyone is welcome…feel free to bring snacks, drinks and a chair (if you don’t want to sit on a box – lol!)

  5. I was dreading this one. And in what f’d up world would I say that thrusters were the easy part of work out. Good luck this afternoon it was too hot at noon, I can’t imagine this one in more heat.

    I’m working on not resting too long between things so I did 11 pull-ups unassisted then switched to the purple band while still managing to rip my hand πŸ™
    Then I did light thrusters at 35#, on lat 400m run I felt light headed so I walked πŸ™

    Oh well, at some point, I’ll push through things.

  7. 185 back squat and forgot my time but all i know is that Amy Levens smoked me during last pull up round by almost a minute!
    Way to Go girl!
