NOTE: The burpees bookend the 3 rounds for time.


630 Skills Class: Deadlift (top-down & bottom-up setup) + Sumo Deadlift (& high pull)…then,
5 Rounds:
30 Seconds: ME Deadlifts (any style)
30 Seconds: ME Sit Ups
NOTE: Rest 1 Minute between Rounds
