  1. First muscle up today! Thanks to coach Michael for taking some extra time with me to practice technique. I know many of you might be surprised, as was I, that pure natural strength and athletic ability haven’t allowed me to perform this feet yet! I assure you that taking time to practice the basic movements and technique is the most beneficial way to learn all of these complicated crossfit movements.
    Thanks again to our great coaches for caring and having patience with us slow learners!
