“Large n in charge”
In teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
30 Double unders
12 Wall balls, 20#(14#)
2 Bar Muscle ups (4 burpee jumping pull ups)
NOTE: Partner 1 completes a full round. Then partner 2 completes a full round. Continue alternating rounds. Goal is to hit all sets unbroken. Scale accordingly. RX+ = 30/20
