  1. I feel like when the “Note” is added, it’s like an “optional” part or a “bonus” Not necessarily part of the WoD. Very deceiving when it’s 2000 meters total.

    OR, its more like if you win on the price is right!!! They say “here is the workout”…..and then in the fine print they say, “oh yeah, but along with the new car you just won, you have pay the taxes and a royalty fee in order to drive it, HAVE FUN”!!

  4. Awesome noon class today… my quads are on fire. Time 24:36 I think… 85# … and lots of laughs with Jud. Now that’s an Rx in my book!

  5. I spent a night in Basel once incidentally. Great workout. 225 back squat*10 then 23:21 RX. Squat cleans getting easier. Mobility work paying off.
