    1. Me too, me too! I LOVE front squats and DUs… but that’s probably why my knee is broken 🙁 Too much impact.

      We can make it up sometime 🙂

  1. 38:29 165# FS and all double unders! Very happy with this. I am slaying the double under demon. Now if only I could stay relaxed while doing them, I think I am still holding my breath…

  2. I love me some front squats but my clavicles were grateful to miss this for a rest day. What’s coming Wednesday?!? Snatches and wall balls? Dead lifts and box jumps?

    I know I could squat heavier but I have trouble cleaning the weight up when it gets too heavy… I’ll have to work on that.

  5. I love this WOD even though I really, really wanted to quit and go take a cold shower, immediately. Instead I finished it and made progress on unbroken DU’s… I made Futuristic S&M Lover from Tijuana my bitch.
