  1. 6+19 rx this ” ” close to stringing together kipping pull-ups, toes to rings on Saturday were a great primer. Used 25# plate for the walks to work on pinch grip and shoulder stability/wrist mobility, great stuff may add to routine regularly. Nice change of pace this week.

  2. 4 + 20 RX. This was the first time I have done so many pull-ups RX, so while the number was low, I was pretty happy. No rips, either.

  3. 5 rds + 4 with red & lavender bands

    10:50 on the carry & walk w/20#. I may have lost count–not sure I did all the rounds but I did enough. 🙂

  4. Really fun wod!! 10 rds + 6 using a box to practice kipping pull-ups.

    14 something for the farmer carry/waiter walk with 20# – probably could have done faster but got a little distracted by a bird & its call of nature on my head 😉 Everyone kept telling me this means good luck – I’m thinking unassisted pull-ups the next go round!
