Strength – Power Clean (3×3)

Power Clean + Jerk Dip + Jerk:
– (1+1+1) x 3 working sets
* Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Accessory – Warm-up (No Measure)

1 min couch stretch (each side)
1 min pec smash w/ lacrosse ball (each side)
1 min foam roll lats (each side)
* If time permits
