  1. Max 165 for the cleans. Didn’t do the jerks due to cranky elbow syndrome. Did three cleans per round though. That seemed fair.

    This is why I do not blog.

    I want to be an old person who does CrossFit and continues to grow stronger. I’m starting to think this is not possible.


  3. 185# hc and jerk did not get quite all the jerks as mine were more of presses due to my legs not cooperating mostly from yesterdays 400’s.
