      I wish it is was me so you would have someone (or is it something) to blame… those programming people in the sky determine what’s up.

      If I had any say, we would never do pullups…. like ever. Not my favorite movement… and then all you people want to blog about torn hands… gross…

  1. Overhead squat practice ( I need more of this) 7:38 Jackie on the Run RX. Then 30 wall balls after. Getting the vacation out of my system in time for the weekend.
