  1. Michael and I look so lonely doing this WOD all by ourselves :/ Where were all of the 5pm people on Wednesday?!?!?!

  2. Worked out at Crossfit Sputh Brooklyn today, liked it a lot!

    Started with some front squats 2 x 8 @ 166#
    Finished with 50 DB squat clean thrusters @30# where we worked for 45 seconds, 15 sec break.
