Hey gang…our very own Rob Osbon is participating in a fund raiser tomorrow night at RiRa Irish Pub. He’s having his melon shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a volunteer-driven charity, funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Check it out HERE!

19 something. Scaled a little- did 500m rows, combination DUs and singles, 6# lb on wallballs. Thanks Coach Michael for calling me out on bad depth on wallballs. I tried to improve.
Then I liked trying out 13.2 at a slightly higher weight (65#) than I will use tomorrow.
