I had a very happy night at the gym! I was so happy because I conquered my fear of the 20″ wooden box (again) and did the workout RX. My weight is not the boss of me! Although it does slow me down. 20:25
Thanks to sweet Dan who jumped and encouraged me at the end! Our gym is an awesome place! xoxo
It’s interesting because I felt slow and incredibly gassed during this WOD but after checking my last “Christine” time I was shocked. 5pm folks were awesome to cheer on the 2nd heat!! 🙂 THANKS
Adios Corey…been great having you a part of the crew!! You’ll be missed, and always welcome at RX…good luck in NE!
Agreed! Good luck man! Teach those kids up!
Awww, is Corey moving away? All best to you!
Best wishes, Corey!
