Prob could have done 135# but enjoyed the pace at this weight. Reply 3×3 @ 135# (new PR) metcon 11:35 @ 95# for first set then 85# for the last two black band for c2b. Front squat at 125. 7:21 or something on the metcon with 105 pounds. Maybe should have gone 5 or 10 pounds heavier. Reply
145 FS 3×3 (1RM is 180# at last count) Metcon in 7:11 @ 125#. Prob could have done 135# but enjoyed the pace at this weight. Reply
