  1. Took me just shy if 30 minutes and only the first two were RX! Whoa Cassi! Oh and my CTB were all attempts. Thank you coach David!!!

    Light crowds, but everyone is doing great!! Props to glo and mike b on their pull ups today 🙂

  3. I’m at my cabin and did the following:

    50 Burpees for time*
    *At the top of every minute, beginning with 0:00, perform 4 box jumps (20″).

  4. Front squat at 125. 7:21 or something on the metcon with 105 pounds. Maybe should have gone 5 or 10 pounds heavier.

  5. 145 FS 3×3 (1RM is 180# at last count)

    Metcon in 7:11 @ 125#. Prob could have done 135# but enjoyed the pace at this weight.

  6. 9:40

    Did my first full workout by using Kipping pullups! Pretty stoked……and sore.

    Used 120lb for front squats.
