Joy celebrates 3 years @ CFRX!! Boom!


Team Challenge
Teams of 3 complete 5 Rounds of:
Max Reps in 1 minute of
Handstand Push Ups
Row for Calories
Kettlebell Swings (70#/55#)

For Total Reps.

NOTE: Each “Round” = 3 minutes. 1 person on each exercise for 1 minute, then switch. After 3 minutes, rest 1 minute so there is a 1 minute break between each of the 5 rounds.

  1. Thanks for the shout out! Liz & I are living it up in Buenos Aires where we spent part of our anniversary working out at a fantastic CrossFit box, CrossFit Tuluka. We enjoyed the wod — a 3 minute amrap followed by a 1 min rest, then a 6 min amrap followed by 2 min rest, then the final 9 min amrap: all amraps were 50 DUs (or 100 singles for us), 12 burpees, 12 pull ups, 12 push ups. We both got more than 4 rounds. We felt so much better afterwards. Traveling can be stressful. CrossFit can help!
