  4. 2 rounds + 35 reps (5 shy of 3 rounds)
    RXish – TTB were not quite there. I got some in warmup, but once fatigued, I have a heard time touching the bar. I did this workout alone after coaching the noon session. Not motivated to move too fast.

  5. On vacation but kayaked around Seattle’s Lake Union for 3-1/2 hours. Looking forward to catching the Games finale at CFRX Sunday!
