13:30 for half Angie with banded pull ups and knee push ups. It didn’t suck and was just the right amount of work for me.

Haven’t attempted Angie since 2010. Took me 45 minutes and I only did 80 pull ups because my hands ripped. In 2009, the full Angie took me 48 minutes.
Huge PR for me today. 17:44. That’s more than 4 min off my 2012 Nov time and 3:31 off my earlier PR from March. Great day at the gym.
