  1. Uncomplicated @ 95, 115, 125, 135, 145 (fail)

    Well, Jumpropeus, the Roman god of Double Unders, was smiling on me today! Only 5 misses the whole time! I might have a new favorite WOD.

      p.s. I’m still sick dammit. Planning to come in Saturday morning to move around a bit and see if my various parts still work.

    Double-under practice (10 minutes).

    AMRAP 15 (inspired by yesterday’s CFRX WOD):
    8 sawhorse dips (banded)
    10 box jumps (20″)
    24 walking lunges

    4 rounds +8+10+18

  3. Fun: “Uncomplicated” with 75# (warm-up), then 95#, 105#, 115#, 125#, and 135#.

    Not Awesome: working hard but not stringing together 10 DUs. Where do I find this mythological benefactor and what do I offer to be granted more patience, perserverance, and skill?

    85#s, 90#s 95#s (failed on last jerk), did 95 again missed all the jerks, then i did it one last time and i did it 🙂 needed a shoulder warm up


    got through 45…really wanted 50…good just everyone who finished! it was awesome watching Jeff! Thanks for coaching Emily.

    Flight Simulator — got up to 45, which is better than last time I did this. So I will take it.

  6. Uncomplicated – 70#. The jerks get to me every time……. no pun intended. But must practice those more.

    Did double under practice & finally strung 2 together. I just hope the trend continues! Fun 7pm class!!
