20 Front Leg Swings  on each leg
20 Back Leg Swings  on each leg
20 Side Leg Swings  on each leg
Hold Pike Stretch  for 2 minutes
Hold Pancake Split  for 2 minutes
Hold Middle Split  for 2 minutes
