6 Power Cleans (185#/135#)
6 Handstand Push Ups

Then:

4 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (135#/95#)
4 Handstand Push Ups

NOTE: Athetes must move on to next couplet after each 10 minute interval elapses. Score time for each couplet separately; incomplete couplets scored as “10 min.”

  1. Good to be back, I think.

    Forgot to leave my times for the last two parts with Kelly.

    First heat – used 235 for DL – 4:34
    Second heat – RX – 7:14
    Third heat- RX – 8:16

    HSPUs – used one abmat for first round of first heat and all of third heat. Otherwise, no abmat and all strict since I still can’t kip. Shoulders felt good.

  2. WOD 1:
    4:13 @ 170#

    WOD 2:
    4:59 @ 95 # (dropped weight after 2 reps)

    WOD 3:
    5:11 @ 70# (spent 1st minute dropping the weight–oops)

    ALL HSPUs unbroken

    Good to be back 🙂
