Forgot to leave my times for the last two parts with Kelly.
First heat – used 235 for DL – 4:34
Second heat – RX – 7:14
Third heat- RX – 8:16
HSPUs – used one abmat for first round of first heat and all of third heat. Otherwise, no abmat and all strict since I still can’t kip. Shoulders felt good.
