  1. I started crossfit 2 months ago… after 100 wall balls I decided to REALLY try the double unders. I am not sure why; probably because I did not want to go back to the wall balls that soon.

    And it happened… my first double under! In fact, I did multiple series of two double unders in a row.

    Now I know it’s possible. Thanks to all the CrossfitRx’ trainers. That was good reason not to skip this wod.
