Reply Stated with 53# KB, back felt a bit funny in round 3 so switched to DB push press (20#) to finish up. 10:12 Mile in 6:38 (Mell-Dekalb-Brooks-McClendon-Candler Park-Iverson-Mell) ~12 seconds slower than reverse route on Monday Reply btw – I’m running the Reynoldstown Wheelbarrow Festival 5k on September 8.
