  1. Box squat: 155#, stopped after second rep since by back felt a bit awkward.

  2. Hey Michaelsaurus, by monostructural movement, is there any chance pose running might be involved? My running form could really use some work!

    105# box squat – can’t stay upright

    wod: pistols from stack of plates (5 yellow plus one black?) 18:19

    liz did 115# box squat. She subbed knees to chest fircsit ups and was faster than me on the wod but did at least one extra round
