      Thinking of bringing myself back from the dead for this one. I’ve moved into my end-of-illness but still-not-quite-well cranky phase that can only be cured with exercise.

    It really is 10 x 40 meters, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy (especially after all the leg work).

    Did KB DLs to save my tricky back and skipped the pollen sprints. My quads are toast.
