15 Calorie Row -or- 10 Calorie Bike
25′ Walking Lunge
50′ Sled drag -or- Prowler Push (45#/35#)
NOTE: Workout is done funnel style.
Athlete 1 starts with the Rower or Bike.
Once calories are completed, Athlete 2 can start the Row/Bike, and so on.
Before returning to the rotation, athletes complete the 25′ Walking Lunge and 50′ Sled/Prowler.
Score is total calories on the Rower/Bike.
