**Arrive on time…WOD will start no later than 10 after the hour**

“The Seven”
7 rounds of:
7 Handstand Push Ups
7 Thrusters (135#/95#)
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Deadlifts (245#/175#)
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings (70#/55#)
7 Pull Ups

NOTE: 50 minute cutoff. 1 bar per person (load & de-load between movements).

  1. That was good. 39:08. Ripped my finger open today during WOD and got in trouble licking blood up. Wasn’t thinking…just trying to stop bleeding to continue WOD
